Examination as to formal requirements, recording in the register, assignment (Court ofFirst Instance, revocation action) and designation of the judge-rapporteur

1. Rules 16 to 18 shall apply mutatis mutandis.

2. The Registrar shall notify the European Patent Office that the patent in question is subject to an action for revocation.
