In the examination of the Application to annul or alter a decision of the Office, the judge-rapporteur may invite the claimant to lodge further written pleadings, within a time period to be specified.

Where appropriate, the judge-rapporteur may, after consulting the claimant, set a date and time for an interim conference.

Rule 35 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
